V2.1 | 2005 hearing colour

I met the singer of this group at uni, we played at every opportunity we got and in our third year started writing some simple tunes. One of them, Revenge of the Broken Man. Still a favourite now. Having finished university I was living back at home and decided to join a covers band started by a chap I was working with. this is where I learned a lot about playing the guitar because I was forced to learn new styles. Having never had a lesson it was all new stuff to me.

Then B and I decided we wanted to get the group together again. So at the end of 2002 I left home and moved 300 miles away to follow my dream of being in a band. That's pretty much where we are now. Still playing Hearing Colour originals with a few covers - I wouldn't change a day.

My favourite Hearing Colour song seems to change by the day, at the moment I'm loving Easy Living. But all time best is probably gonna be I Wish You Were Not Here because its diversity and I love playing the lead solo at the end of it. Awesome stuff!!!
